Idea Cellular block deal

There was a block deal of 1.15 crore Idea Cellular shares on NSE at Rs 80 per share in today's trade. The stock is up nearly 3% and is trading at 81 levels in the morning.

Block deal in HDFC

16.5 million shares, or 1.12% of equity of HDFC changed hands on 14th June 2011 at Rs 643 each on the Bombay Stock Exchange. The likely seller could be Citigroup as they had decided to reduce its stake in HDFC to about 10% from 11.4% via stock market deals.

Reliance Industries block deal

Reliance Industries(RIL) today witnessed a huge block deal of 65 lakh shares at Rs 945 per share.
